As some of you know, we started recording the third album last weekend. The music is so difficult; gladly we'll all patient and hard-working or else we'd get frustrated easily. Jeff will be in the studio Friday until Sunday to do some more. We predict all the drum tracks to be done by the end of the month. Then we have to finish guitars, do vocals, then all the orchestral stuff, EWI and saxophones, possibly keyboards (still unconfirmed), and then finishing touches. I'm hoping it's done by the end of the year.
Just keeping everyone updated...

Aaaggghhhh, forgot about this blog until this morning. Sorry for showing up so late to the blogging game.
As I have said on the message board I think it's great you have already started recording new material. You guys move quickly! Really looking forward to hearing it.

Listening to The Silvery Image right now, btw.

It may seem as if we're moving quickly, which is good because I hate to waste time, but if you look at it, there was some dead time. I began writing material for "A Great Divide" in August of 2005, over two years ago, when "The Silvery Image" was still being finished. We received the final master of "A Great Divide" last October, almost a year ago. That album was just constantly delayed, so to the fans, it's brand new, but to us, it's quite a bit older. We're going to make sure no delays happen this time around!

Well, compared to some other bands it seems to be pretty quick. Whatever the turnaround time ends up being is fine with me. I am still digesting A Great Divide anyway because there is so much going on.
